Our North American summer touring wrapped up last night with our last show in Baraboo Wisconsin, USA, home of the Ringling Bros Circus. We had a wonderful evening with the "Baraboobians" and lots of love back. (Our drummer Paul took this photo during that show. This sweet little guy was completely enthralled with Terry.)
The next morning we started our last long drive home thinking about the last million little things to do to reorganize ourselves for our upcoming 6th UK tour.
Happily that list includes picking up our brand new 4th CD "Pandemonium" from the manufacturer before we jump on the plane to Manchester this coming Wednesday!
14 songs, by golly!
That's 53 minutes
of pure pandemonium!
We can't wait to share our new songs with everyone and introduce this tour's drummer John Jackson from Devon: "The World's Tallest Patootie".
Here’s a little more about John: “John Jackson has evolved from a teenage drummer into a nightclub dj in the South West of England and during the last 10 years has returned to his passion of drumming. John has an eclectic mix of musical inspiration, ranging from Genesis to Jonny Cash ….His drumming includes rock and roll, work with an original artist (where he was able to create his own drumming score) function bands, a local windband, local theatre pit work and acoustic duos, where he plays cajon and provides backing vocals. When he is not drumming, John enjoys camping with his family at various music festivals around the UK. He also enjoys playing the guitar.”
Last year's UK drummer Anthony wasn't able to join us on this tour because of work commitments, but we have a visit planned with him and his family in September.
We'll be playing some of our very favourite venues on this tour and have some new ones on the itinerary as well. Remember to PLEASE SHARE the tour dates with your friends. Word of mouth is still the very best way for you to help us promote our shows. We hope to see you out there somewhere!
Until then stay patootified!
